Job Title: Seamless Gutter Installer

Job Type: Full-Time

Position Summary: Join our team as a Seamless Gutter Installer! You will play a vital role in the company's success by executing high-quality gutter installations. Operating in a fast-paced environment, you will measure, cut, and install gutters on-site, ensuring top-tier craftsmanship, strict safety compliance, and outstanding customer satisfaction.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES

• Material Preparation: Load materials each morning and gather necessary tools for daily projects.
• Installation: Accurately measure, cut to size, and install seamless gutters, downspouts, and related components.
• Tear-Off & Clean-Up: Remove existing gutters and meticulously clean and organize the job site before, during, and after the project.
• Client Interaction: Maintain a professional demeanor and communicate project details or answer homeowner questions.
• Maintenance: Keep work trucks and the warehouse shop organized and clean.
• Safety: Adhere strictly to all safety policies, including fall protection and PPE requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

KEY COMPETENCIES

• Basic Skills: Basic carpentry knowledge and proficiency with hand and power tools (tape measure, cordless drill, level, tin snips, circular saw, hammer, pry bar) is required.
• Soft Skills: Punctual, reliable, willing to learn new skills, and receptive to direction from crew leaders.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• GED or High School Diploma required
• No prior gutter experience required. All training is provided on the job.
• Current State Driver’s License & Clean Driving Record required
• Experience working with team members across multiple functional roles (Preferred)
• Proficient use and knowledge of hand and power tools.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Capacity to work in a physically demanding role, including climbing ladders up to 40 feet, carrying tool bags throughout the day, and lifting up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders up to 40 feet in elevation
• Ability to work from roof
• Wear tool belt for prolonged period of time
• Must be able to lift at least 100lbs
• Perform work with OSHA required PPE
