Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist

Prince Roofing & Construction | Charleston / Summerville, SC

We’re seeking a motivated, high-energy Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to help drive growth by generating qualified homeowner opportunities across multiple channels.

This is not a traditional desk role. You’ll be actively involved in the field, in the community, and supporting digital efforts that directly impact revenue.

What You’ll Do:

• Generate qualified estimate appointments through:
• Door-to-door neighborhood outreach
• Telemarketing and follow-ups
• Community events and brand activations
• Support digital marketing efforts and lead tracking
• Represent the company professionally in the field and at events
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of leads
• Track performance and continuously improve results

Compensation:

• $22.50/hour base pay
• $50 per qualified estimate appointment (field + telemarketing)
• 1% commission on all revenue generated through your marketing efforts
