Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of the medical supply chain, including procurement, storage, and distribution.
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of medical supplies.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock while minimizing excess or obsolete items.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards related to storage and transportation of medical products.
  • Lead and mentor the logistics team to achieve performance targets and foster professional development.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and reports on logistics activities and key performance indicators.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices within the logistics function.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, healthcare administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in logistics, preferably within the medical or healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain principles and healthcare regulatory requirements.
  • Proven ability to manage complex logistics operations and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and inventory management systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership experience with a track record of managing and developing teams.
