Fort Point HenHouse- Quality Manager
Location: Santa Rosa
Role Title: Quality Technician
Pay: $60k-80k/yr (Overtime Exempt)
Hours: Full Time (40 hours/week)
This is an opportunity to join a growing team of skilled, experienced brewing professionals. As a Quality Manager , you will lead and oversee all aspects of quality assurance and quality control across the brewery. This role is responsible for maintaining and improving product quality, food safety systems, and laboratory operations, while partnering cross-functionally with brewing, packaging, and operations teams.
The Quality Manager plays a critical leadership role in ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of consistency, safety, and sensory excellence.
Ideal candidates will bring strong technical expertise in beverage quality, proven leadership experience, and a passion for building scalable quality systems in a production environment.
