Job at a Glance: The Ad Traffic Coordinator’s duties include heavy phone interaction with clients to facilitate delivery of ad materials. In addition, candidates must be able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment under constant deadlines. No experience necessary, we fully train.

We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Advertising Traffic Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-[aced environment, communicates effectively, and can manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. You will play a key role in collections advertising creative from our clients and working with them throughout the entire creative process.

Our compensation is $50,000 per year . Additionally, we offer employee benefits which include: health and dental insurance, Health Savings Account (HSA), 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
• Possess strong communication skills and be very articulate
• Highly motivated

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and traffic advertising creative across multiple platforms
• Assist with development and organization of campaign creative
• Manage phone and email communications with internal teams and partners
• Track multiple projects and timelines to ensure deadlines are met
• Support day-to-day advertising operations in a high-volume environment
