As an Activities Assistant at Saguaro Ranch Luxury Assisted Living, you’ll be at the heart of our community — planning and leading activities that spark joy, connection, and purpose for our residents

We are looking for someone who can work: 

Tuesday 9-12

Thursday 9-12

Friday 9-11

You’ll be able to

• Plan, organize, and lead engaging and exciting activities for residents

• Build genuine relationships with residents, learning their interests, histories, and what brings them happiness
• Adapt activities to meet the varying cognitive and physical needs of our residents

• Help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere where every resident feels seen and celebrated

We are looking For Someone

• Vibrant, positive, outgoing, organized and able to plan ahead while staying flexible

It would be helpful if your background looked like:

• Teacher or educator (classroom, substitute, special education)
• Homeschool parent with curriculum planning and activity facilitation experience
• Recreation coordinator, camp counselor, or youth program leader
• Volunteer or community event organizer
• Healthcare aide, CNA, or caregiver who loves the social side of care
• Arts, music, or fitness instructor
